Who hasn’t experienced the software issues which hampers your OS to work correctly as you want it? It may need an expert to solve it, but you don’t need to be a tech wizard to experience it. These errors are different from each other, and they have different ways of fixing the issues.

What is Android.process.acore?  The Android.process.acore is an error that mainly occurs in our android devices like mobiles, tablets, or any similar devices that operate on Android OS. This bug or error may sometimes appear while opening any software or scrolling news feeds on your Android operating devices. It may stop your software from running correctly. Android.process.acore is an error that can make your user experience go very unwanted. But there are some ways that are not precise, but you can solve the bug or error by doing so. We can fix the bug by applying these methods correctly.

Solution 1:  Clearing the cache data

If your device is facing the problem again and again while opening an App, then at first, you need to try this method. You must try to fix the bug by clearing the app’s datathat’s been giving the error report. Commonly we see the problem coming from the contact app that your device owns in the system.

So you must make sure that you have backed-up all contacts in your device before clearing cache data. You can save all contacts using any of the applications in the Google Play Store. Just choose the app that contains the best rating and install it. You may upload them to your Google Drive within a backup file. You can use your email to save these contacts too. Now for clearing all the cache data, you need to follow these steps :

  • First, open the phone settings app on your device.
  • Then tap on application manager and search the contact app.
  • After finding, click on the contact app and select the clear data option.
  • Now go to contact storage and clear the data.
  • You’ll find an option down the clear data option that is named clear cache.
  • Click here to clear the cache data of the contact app.
  • After that, you have to restart your android device.

If the bug is not fixed yet, you can disable the storage of the contact app, or you have to try other solutions given below.

Solution 2: By Clearing Facebook (Messenger) data

You can stop the error from happening by disabling the facebook storage because the Facebook app is connected with the device contact list. Facebook’s data deleting process is the same as before, which we mentioned. After that, you have to turn off the Facebook messenger’s sync to stop connecting with contacts. Then you have to restart your android device. If it’s not working or showing ‘Android.process.acore has been stopped’ again, then you need to apply another process listed below.

Solution 3: Resetting all app preferences:

Now at first, you have to go to the settings app of the device. Then find the Application manager on your device. You will see the option named reset app preferences. By selecting the option, you will get the job done.

Solution 4: Updating the operating system :

Sometimes the android operating system has some issues that can be fixed by updating it. So you need to check if the official update has come or not for your device. If you found any latest software update that is pending, you need to update it as soon as possible.

Cause the update will fix the issue automatically. You have to update your system to the latest version to fix this kind of bug.

Solution 5: Resetting your android device:

If any solution above doesn’t work, you have no chance but to reset your android device. It’s the only solution that you have right now. Before resetting your device, you must back up the crucial data of your device because factory data reset will make your phone erase all the files from your device. If you don’t want to lose those data, you have to back up those external memory files. Follow the rules below to reset the factory data of your device.

  • Open the Settings app on your device.
  • Then find the option named Backup and Reset.
  • You will see the option factory data reset. Click here to reset your android device.

You will surely fix the issue of Android.process.acore has been stopped. After starting the device, make sure to reinstall all the apps.

These are the possible ways to fix when Android.process.acore has been stopped. However, there is no particular solution to this kind of bugs. So you need to apply all the solutions mentioned above one by one to try your luck and check if the bug has been fixed or not.
