Plain terms for a free audit and for any work you choose to pay us for.

The free audit

• The audit is free. You don’t owe us anything for it, and you can use it however you like, including handing it to someone else to fix.
• It shows what we found on the day we checked your site. Websites change, and so does Google.
• It is advice from people who do this work, not a promise of rankings, traffic or sales. Nobody can honestly promise those.
• Please ask only about sites you own or run, or have the owner’s permission to ask about.

Paid fixes

• If you want us to fix something, we send you a written price and what it covers first.
• Work starts only after you accept that price. Anything outside it is priced separately, and only if you agree.
• You give us whatever access the job needs, and you can take it back when we’re done.

Liability

We do our work with care, but we can’t be responsible for changes made to your site by you or others, or for decisions search engines make. For paid work, our total liability is limited to what you paid us for that job.
